The Sun is a mass of incandescent gas, a gigantic nuclear furnace (though by the standard of stars, is only medium sized) and so on. It is made out of pure Arctic Circle Candy, according to Pokey the Penguin.
The Sun is a recurring motif in animutation. The most notable take on the Sun is Hyakugojyuuichi's Colin Mochrie Sun, a possible parody of the baby Sun of Teletubbies (as noted Neil Cicierega's official guide), which has returned to many animutations since.
