Regis Philbin was a former host of the popular game show Who Wants To Be A Millionare, and currently is the host of Live with Regis and Kelly (formerly Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, and then briefly Live with Regis after Kathie Lee Gifford decided to leave the show) and the more recent America's Got Talent. He often says "Is that your final answer?" when he hosted Millionare, in response to when the contestant makes his or her choice.
