Steve Urkel is a stereotypically nerdy character from the 90's sitcom Family Matters, played by Jaleel White (who also voiced Sonic the Hedgehog). He became Family Matters's The Fonz of sorts, though his obnoxious personality made him less widely beloved. Urkel, being a 90s icon, has appeared in a few animutations. His biggest roles was in Freak styler and Seeing Jesus H. Christ where he was the star of both. Other notable appearances include Nya Nya Nya, Dweebo (Screech's Lament) and being Norimaro's Kikaida Hoedown.
