John Howard is the Prime Minister of Australia, and head of the right-wing Australian poitical party, the Liberal Party. He is noted as being very ambitious to get to the top and to promote his own agenda, and willing to step over anyone in his way to get there; he was last seen with his head lodged somewhere up George W. Bush's ass. Like Gendo Ikari, he tries to make wearing glasses look cool. Unlike Ikari, however, Howard does a very bad job of it. He made his Animutation debut in Hyakugojyuuichi Forever, making a minor cameo appearance singing on stage in boy scout attire, proclaiming: "Everyone knows I'm the oven mitt master!"
