Jigglypuff

Jigglypuff is a normal/fairy-type Pokemon that looks like a pink puffball. It's obtainable in every portable Pokemon RPG to date. It's most notable feature, which it shows in the anime, is singing the opponents to sleep. In the anime, after it sings, it often draws on the victim's faces with marker. Jigglypuff evolves from Igglybuff, its baby form, and evolves into Wigglytuff with the use of a moon stone.
