Goatse was an internet shock site showing a very graphic picture showing a man wearing a gold ring on one of his fingers pulling apart his anus showing inside his rectum. It no longer exists, though it became and currently is an internet sensation. It is also used in animutations, mostly Drunk Magikoopa's.
