Ronald Reagan
Ronald Reagan was a former actor and 40th President of the United States. Known as the "Teflon President" because of his continued popularity despite scandals tearing through his cabinet, the occasional policy disaster like his faith in supply-side economics (nicknamed "Reaganomics" thanks to his presidency), and his creation of the really kinda silly Strategic Defense Initiative project (where laser-powered satellites were supposed to protect us from any missiles launched by Soviet Russia).
At one point during his presidency, he made the statement, "I've signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes" before realizing that the microphone was still on and broadcasting.
After Reagan died on June 5th, 2004, he recieved a tribute in the form of an animutation.
