In the real world, he was actually an alternate account on Newgrounds owned by the animator "CoolBoyMan," who purposefully submitted low-quality flash files just so he could read the funny reviews. In the animation and animutation world, he's represented by a Strawberry with a Clock for a face...and has had to flee from both Jesus H. Christ and Hyper Lincoln 'in the same movie'.
The originator of the Clock Crew, his name may have been inspired by the 1960s rock group Strawberry Alarm Clock.
