Jimmy Neutron is a boy genius CGI character, originally in a movie named after him, now with his own television series on Nickelodeon. He has a bit of an ego, and a tendency to overestimate the effectiveness of his inventions and get himself into some form of wacky hijinks as a result.
In animutations, Jimmy Neutron is well known. He is known mostly for his desire for a whummo, whatever that is. In What The?!, he apparently got his whummo.
