Hello.jpg showed a man wearing nothing but a gold ring, pulling apart his anus revealing the inside of his rectum. The picture doesn't show the whole body, though, but it still shows the NSFW parts. The original Goatse site no longer exists, despite the fact that there are still mirrors, but it remains an internet sensation to this day.
The Goatse Man has had several roles in animutations, specifically those made by Drunk Magikoopa, as in Drunk Magikoopa's flashes, the Goatse Man has been ass ability, had the head of Conrad Clare, and stretched out an eye. He has also appeared censored in Joey for several frames.
