Much-maligned 43rd president of the United States. "Dubya", as he is known, is an easy target for parody artists across the Internets because of his distinctive appearance, his tendency to say stupid things, and his conservative government policy, as well as various accidents he had, including choking on a pretzel. He got arrested, had his own story, was an actual bush, and was evil.
