• The "Who Will Croak First?" race between Yasser Arafat, Saddam Hussein, and Ariel Sharon is a reference to the "Super Fun Race Extravaganza" from Gender Neutral and the Torgo vs. Ortega drinking contest from The Richard Kiel Experience.
• The SheezyArt version of Beer Pong is one of only a few animutations with sounds outside of the song that play during the movie. For example, screeching tires and a a car horn play after the second "See weird oaf knocked near Gunther Keen", and when "Guther cleaves a Kimmel fallen," a blade sound plays. There is still one sound effect in the Newgrounds version: a "pop" sound effect is heard for the "WTF were you thinking Pete, nobody gets this mondegreen! Really." balloon.
• Right click at the end to see an extra scene.
• Rolling over the lazy-eyed Redead will cause some guy's face to appear over the Redead's face, with an "ahh" sound effect. The same happens on the nurse's cleavage.
