About

Burn Fest is spoonorca's second offical animutation, and is set to a Two-Mix song. It mostly contains randomness, but also has a story in it of how Barney the Dinosaur goes through various hecks. It also contains a fight between Po of the Teletubbies and Edgar Allan Poe, as seen in the screenshot.

Barney in heck

NOTE: This covers only the actual story where Barney goes through various hecks.

Before going to heck, Barney dies from Barney Rubble stepping on him. Then, he goes to the normal heck, with Peaches. Barney ends up irritating Peaches so much, Peaches beams his eyes at Barney, blowing up Barney's head. Barney then goes to Barney heck, consisting of an army of Barneys. Barney joins them. For no specific reason, Barney then goes to flashy heck, where everything flashes various colors. Peaches is there again, and Barney is still happy like always. What happens to Barney after that is unexplained.

Two-Mix Fantastix was a collection of various songs Two-Mix did in the past, where the Burning track on it used in this flash is different from what the original version was. He got the mp3 used in the flash from here.

The sound in the Easter Egg was recorded by spoonorca in Sound Recorder.

  • This flash was made in a few days. The reason is mainly because spoonorca had more time than usual to make the flash.
  • Subliminal pictures/messages:
    • After the appearance of the random explosion near the beginning, the text "THERE, YOU WANTED AN EXPLOSION??? YOU GOT ONE! -_-" is shown.
    • After the dollar bill appears, the picture of Bert with Osama bin Laden is shown, small, and multiple.
    • Near the end, CATS is shown for two frames.
    • Closer to the end, Minun appears for one frame.
    • Even closer to the end, a drawing of an angry version of the Trix Rabbit saying "Give me the darn cereal!" appears for one frame.

      • Hyper Lincoln!: Abraham Lincoln is seen angry looking with red eyes.
      • Bend It Like A Knife: The knife being chased by the bog turtle gets bent during the "The nazi the limo in Africa" part.

A Jar of Almonds - A quote from Whos Line" is, as it says, a quote from "Whose Line is it Anyway?" It's actually not 100% accurate[the question was "Your wife makes you dress up as one of the Teletubbies. It's the tallest purple one. Is that Teletubby...", not "Who's the purple Teletubby?], but spoonorca didn't remember how the quote exactly went the time he made this.
    • Other References:
      • The line "Or maybe "someone." He thinks 99% of 'mutations suck anyway." is a reference to a member on Animutation Portal.
      • The fact that a raven appears during the fight between Edgar Allan Poe and Po is a reference to Edger Allan Poe's poem, "The Raven."
  • Hecks Barney the Dinosaur goes through:
    • 1. Normal Heck
      • Fiery, basic, heck, has Peaches in it, who ends up destroying Barney.
    • 2. Barney Heck
      • Composed of nothing but a load of Barneys. The Barney shown before joins all of them.
    • 3. Flashy Heck
      • Contains a flashy background, and everything else there is composed of flashy colors as well. Peaches is there again.
  • The easter egg is a dancing Black Mage, which spoonorca was planning to use earlier in the flash, but he forgot so he used it as the easter egg. The dancing Black Mage is accompanied by the voice recording, "You have found the super fast dancing Black Mage."
  • The following things or characters are burnt in a fire: Pac-Man, Darth Vader, Adolf Hitler, a fish, Mr. Potato Head, a spoon, Hitler Witler, Baby Bop, an ice cube, a pirate flag, a coconut, and an apple.
  • Explanations of some mondegreens:
    • The mondegreen "A baby Pika'" represents Pichu, who is the baby form of Pikachu in the Pokemon video games.
    • The mondegreen "Musso" represents the beginning part of "Mussolini."
    • The mondegreen "E-Ron" represents E-mail with Ronald McDonald for a head, which is shown, but crossed out.
    • The mondegreen "Mariru" means the Japanese name for the Pokemon Marill.
  • The text on the cow's boards, from left to right:
    • WOW LOOK AT THIS IM TYPING STUFF ON THIS NEVER MIND PACMAN WILL EAT YOU WONT HE? WOBBUFFET! NOT WYNAUT. WOBBY EVOLVES FROM WYNAUT. :P OMGZORS!!!!!!!!!

  • This is one of the few recently-made fanimutations to recieve a complete status on this Wiki, mainly because spoonorca contributed a lot to the Wiki in general ever since he joined.
  • Edgar Allan Poe is misspelt in the flash as "Edgar Allen Poe." This was not done on purpose, as spoonorca didn't know it was spelt Allan instead of Allen at the time. Similary, "Whose Line" is misspelt as "Whos Line" for the same reason.
  • This is one of the few fanimutations to mondegreen the whole song.
  • The "O.o" being drawn in the scene before Thomas Edison is only there because spoonorca had nothing at the scene at first besides the background, so he added the "O.o" just to have something in the scene.
