About

John McCain does many things in this animutation including: flashes twice, reads gay porn, dances with The Angry Dancers, defeats "King Baby" in a boxing match, attacks a Burger King, gets kicked by Dr. Frank N. Furter, but then attacks him back, flies into space, rocks out, performs at a gay club, destroys a city and gets killed by Faggoherpes and a robot. Besides all that, two fat guys fall in love.
