The Animucademy Awards was an awards ceremony dedicated to awarding animutations based on certain criteria. It was created by Wartys Neryon in 2006. The Animucademy Awards committee committed some time to judging what will be the potential finalists to be voted upon.
Season 1
The first one, for the 2005-2006 season started on January 29, 2006, and the results, as follows, were announced about two weeks later:
Winners:
- Best Animutation: Gone With the Wind 1979
- Best NSFW Work: 3.14
- Best Scene in a Collaboration: I Walk Along Darkened Corridors from The Fingertips Project
- Best Animutator: Flashbastard
- Most Improved Animutator: KKyuubi
- Best English Music: 3.14 from 3.14
- Best Non-English Music: Sakura Sake from Sad2Laugh
